2024-03, Wooyeol's perspective paper on silicon integrated circuits for 0.3 to 1 THz applications is published. This is invited by ACS Photonics and co-authored with Prof. Kenneth O at UT Dallas.
2024-03, Pranith's paper on 300-GHz transceiver pixel with both amplitude and phase output and short-range bi-static reflection-mode imaging is published. This is a result of collaborative research between HICS and Prof. Kenneth O at UT Dallas.
2023-08, Wooyeol joins Seoul National University.

2023-01, NSF awarded RET Site: Chip Design Experiences for Teachers to Stimulate Semiconductor Education in Oklahoma. (Wooyeol is a Co-PI)
2022-08, NASA awarded Versatile Experimental Platform for 6G and Beyond Communications and Sensing Innovations. (Wooyeol is a Co-PI)
2022-06, Yukun's paper is accepted for IEEE Trans. Terahertz Science and Technology, and is available for early access. This is an extended version of his VLSI2019 paper with greater design details.
2022-03, Anas' paper on a 410-GHz detector employing an AC-coupled SIW slot antenna is accepted for 2022 IEEE Texas Symposium on WMCS.
2021-10, Yukun's paper is accepted for IEEE ISSCC 2022.
2021-05, OSU Senior Collin's paper is presented in 2021 IEEE Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems.
2020-08, NSF MRI: Acquisition of a wideband continuous-wave characterization platform is awarded. (Wooyeol is a Co-PI)
2020-07, NASA EPSCoR for hybrid lunar communication is awarded. (Wooyeol is a Co-PI)
2019-11, Wooyeol is elevated to IEEE Senior member.
