2024-03, Wooyeol's perspective paper on silicon integrated circuits for 0.3 to 1 THz applications is published. This was invited by ACS Photonics and co-authored by Prof. Kenneth O at UT Dallas.
2024-03, Pranith's paper on 300-GHz transceiver pixel with both amplitude and phase output and short-range bi-static reflection-mode imaging is published. This is a result of collaborative research between HICS and Prof. Kenneth O at UT Dallas. This work is also covered by Research Features magazine.

2022-06, Yukun's paper is accepted for IEEE Trans. Terahertz Science and Technology, and is available for early access. This is an extended version of his VLSI2019 paper with greater design details.
2022-03, Anas' paper on a 410-GHz detector employing an AC-coupled SIW slot antenna is accepted for 2022 IEEE Texas Symposium on WMCS.
2021-10, Yukun's paper is accepted for IEEE ISSCC 2022.
